Nancy Holloway-White is a Certified Business Continuity Professional and Certified Business Continuity Auditor who brings operational depth, governance experience, and process-focused support to Michael White Group International.
Nancy supports the firm’s work by helping translate complex information into clear, organized, and practical outputs. Her background in business continuity, operations management, internal controls, workforce management, training, and process improvement strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver structured, useful work aligned with client needs.
With experience across financial services, contact centres, operations, workforce management, and related business environments, Nancy brings a strong understanding of how organizations actually function. She supports consulting work related to internal controls design and assessment, process effectiveness, governance, documentation, and sustainable improvement.
Nancy is recognized for her ability to adapt quickly, gather information from multiple sources, and make complex material easier to understand. Her work is grounded in relationship management, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to processes that help customers, employees, and stakeholders achieve better outcomes.
Her professional background includes more than 10 years of staff management experience, along with training, presentations, change management, and process improvement. She focuses on practical, iterative improvements that help organizations strengthen the way work is designed, documented, communicated, and sustained over time.
Nancy is also deeply committed to advancing the business continuity profession. She has volunteered with DRI Canada for more than a decade and has served in several leadership roles, including Chair of the Education Commission, Chair of the Online Learning Steering Committee, Vice President of the Board of Directors, and President of the Board of Directors.
In her local community, Nancy is a lifelong volunteer. She served on her community Board of Directors for six years, completing her term as President of the Board. She has also mentored graduating students from her alma mater as they transitioned into the workforce and has contributed to fundraising efforts for various children’s charities.
Nancy’s professional recognition includes the DRI Canada Board of Directors Achievement Award, the Outstanding Leadership Award, and Security Ambassador recognition.
