Many organizations are working through their Business Continuity & Emergency response plans in this COVID-19 environment. Now is not the time to let your guard down.
Remember, a plan is only as good as those who see it through.
Organizations have had to plan for what resources they would need at time when their business continuity or emergency response plans are activated. We need to remember that we have and maintain sufficient resources in our staffing. Ensure that you have where you’re able, enough staff so that relief periods can be given to those that are actively working the plan.
Now is not the time to relax. Mistakes may be made. But we will learn from them.
