Scope and scale of project:

Conduct Threat Risk Vulnerability Assessments (TRVA) utilizing the RCMP Harmonized Threat Risk Assessment methodology, identifying potential risk, existing risk and mitigation strategies to address those identified potential and current risk at multiple critical infrastructure installations.

This project encompasses multiple sites. A comprehensive TRVA report with mitigation strategy/plan delivered for each site.

The development of Security Policies and Procedures inclusive of emergency management/response program for a Healthcare facility that included:

1. Complete TRVA
2. Reviewing the existing Emergency Preparedness Plan,
   1. Propose and revise the existing plan
   2. Revise the plan so that aligns with an IMS foundation and structure
3. Review of existing Security Policies & Procedures
   1. Propose and revise the existing policies and procedures
4. Deliverable of new Emergency Preparedness Plan with Security Policy and Procedure integration, inclusive of TRVA report

Environment: Critical Infrastructure; Education

Scope and scale of project:

The development of an emergency management program for an Educational Institution that included:

1. Reviewing the existing Emergency Preparedness Plan,
   1. Propose and revise the existing plan
   2. Revise the plan so that aligns with an IMS foundation and structure
2. Train personnel specifically on the Incident Management System (IMS),
3. Researching, designing, planning, coordinating and facilitating of a table top training exercise and preparation of report
4. Researching, designing, planning, coordinating and facilitating of a mock disaster exercise and preparation of report
5. Deliverable included complete Emergency Preparedness Plan with specific procedures tailored to individual emergencies. Training package specific to client and site.

Note: cultural diversity, customs, language were all impactful triggers in the deliverables. Presence in countries like China, India, South Korea and Brazil. Almost 100 ethno-cultural groups are represented, and 80 languages are spoken at this organization.

Environment: Property Management Commercial Retail/Residential Condominium

Scope and scale of project:

The development of an emergency management program for a National Property Management company that included:

1. Reviewing the existing Emergency Preparedness Plan,
2. Propose and revise the existing plan
3. Revise the plan so that aligns with an IMS foundation and structure
4. Train personnel specifically on the Incident Management System (IMS),
5. Researching, designing, planning, coordinating and facilitating of a table top training exercise and preparation of report
6. Researching, designing, planning, coordinating and facilitating of a mock disaster exercise and preparation of report
7. Deliverable included complete Emergency Preparedness Plan template and specifics for each property identified in the project. Each site was then tested via a specific table top exercise highlighting a specific emergency and its related responses.

The project was rolled out multiple mix type locations across Canada. Several of the properties were a Retail/Residential Condominium mix.

Environment: Property Management Gated Community Condominium/Long Term Health Care

Scope and scale of project:

The development of an emergency response plan & guidelines for private “gated” community; 700 Residential Town-home, 200 bed Long-Term care, retail space, administration space/buildings.

1. Create new Emergency Preparedness Plan, inclusive of security policies, procedures and response.
2. Deliverable included complete Emergency Preparedness Plan with specific procedures tailored to individual emergencies

Environment: Property Management Commercial Retail/Residential

The development of an emergency management program for a National Property Management company that included:

2. Propose and revise the existing plan
   1. Revise the plan so that aligns with an IMS foundation and structure

4. Researching, designing, planning, coordinating and facilitating of a table top training exercise and preparation of report
5. Researching, designing, planning, coordinating and facilitating of a mock disaster exercise and preparation of report
6. Deliverable included complete Emergency Preparedness Plan template and specifics for each property identified in the project. Each site was then tested via a specific table top exercise highlighting a specific emergency and its related responses.
