A Security and Risk control program requires accountability and responsibility from all within the organization.
All employees, regardless of line level, seniority level, on leave, on vacation or on break should take personal responsibility for, actively participate in, and endorse the programs that implement, support and activate security and risk controls to promote secure and safe work practices for a secure and safe work place.
