What will employees expect upon their return to work? That return to work to the “new normal” will be critical.
Some employees may expect that nothing has changed & will be comfortable with that expectation. Others will assume that nothing will ever be the same again.
Preparing your workforce for that return back & educating, & communicating that the changes in the physical office or the policies have been designed & implemented to keep them safe, secure & healthy.
Some of those changes will be in access control management. How you may park at your facility, enter the facility, traverse within inside.
Policies around working from home will need to be created or modified. Guest & visitor requirements to your workplace may be changed. Travel policies will be considered for edit. Emergency & Security policies, procedures & response will need change.
This pandemic has tested the effectiveness of the many practices we had in place. Before your return to work, take a moment to evaluate what your new requirements are & what they might be moving forward.
