If you have a good program in place, and you can prepare your staff, inform your customer base, and your suppliers that in the event of a business interruption you could be back up and operating in a few hours, or even few days depending on the size of the disruption at your current or nearby location, what effect do you think this would have? Easy, ask them this, do our competitors have the same capability?
