Time will tell as see which organizations make it through the crisis, & what were the key survival factors. The big lesson will be that organizations need to have forward thinking risk teams in place, with resources available, & that risk management can’t be just kept on the shelf & only the responsibility of the risk teams. It’s a competence skill that all managers should have, need to have.
